Northwest Dallas office building sells to Dallas County

Dallas County bought an office building at 1300 W. Mockingbird Lane near Stemmons Freeway. The 155,000-square-foot building is more than 80% leased, and the county occupies more than half of the property, which was sold by Ricchi Group.

Dallas County plans to expand its offices in the building. TXRE Properties´ Kolby Dickerson brokered the sale with Lawrence Gardner of OMS Strategic Advisors LLC.
